Refund and Returns Policy
We comply with UK Consumer Rights Law for online refund and returns. Our policy is valid for 14 days.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, please contact me. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- You have up to 14 days after receiving your items, to notify me of your wish to start a return.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning items back to me. Return shipping costs are not refunded.
- You must send returned items kept in their unused state.
- Refunds include the item cost and original shipping cost only.
- A Refund or Exchange is based upon either:
- receipt of the returned item
- receipt of proof of return postage
- the item meets refund conditions.
- I do not issue refunds for custom orders, pre-orders or sale items.
- I do not issue refunds outside of the Returns Policy date.
- If you wish for an exchange rather than a refund, you must pay for the delivery charge before I can send your new item to you.
Lost Orders
If your order does not reach you within 14 days please contact me to arrange a refund. If you prefer, I can resend out your order if items are still in stock.
Damaged Orders
I carefully check and pack your order before delivery. It should arrive in good condition once it has left our premises.
If your order has arrived damaged, please notify me straight away so I can process a refund or exchange.
Order Errors Caused by Us
If you discover an error with your order, please let me know straight away so I can correct the issue. Costs for additional shipping (if incurred) are paid by me.
Changes to Orders
You cannot make changes to your order once it has been raised by you and payment has been accepted.
If you have made a mistake when ordering, please notify me immediately. I may be able to amend your order if it is still with us and not yet been shipped.
Sale Items
Sale items are not refundable. They are classed as ‘sold as seen’ final sale products. I have reduced the price of these items as they may have minor defects or are from older stock.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are special requests which are considered final sale items. Due to the extra time and cost of creating them, they are not refundable unless faulty.
Pre Orders
Pre-Orders are dyed to order requests which are considered final sale items. Due to the extra time and cost of creating them, they are not refundable unless faulty.
Product Photography
Please note: There may be slight differences to the hand dyed yarn you receive. I take extra care to photograph my products as accurately and honestly as possible. But variations in monitor displays can alter the colours seen.
There may be slight variances due to the hand dyeing process. This process produces unique, individual skeins within each batch .
These variances should only be minor. If you receive a hand dyed yarn that has major differences, please get in touch straight away so I can investigate the issue.
