Shipping

We currently only ship to UK mainland addresses.

Shipping to Northern Ireland, EU, America and other countries have been suspended. This is due to a number of rules in place that incur extra costs we cannot afford to follow at present.

If shipping is extended at a later date to addresses outside of the UK we will notify you of the new changes here.

Please be aware: If shipping is extended to other countries, customers are responsible for any customs, fees, costs and import taxes that may apply. These additions costs may be payable at time of checkout (U.S orders) or upon your order’s arrival in your country.

Delivery Services

UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Other shipping agents or services may be used when necessary.

A standard shipping rate of £5.50 is charged for UK orders under 2 kg. This cost includes processing, postage and packaging.

Orders over £60 are shipped for free (UK addresses only). They will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

You should receive your order within 5 working days. But Royal Mail do say to allow 14 working days for your item to arrive.

If your order does not arrive within 14 days, please let me know so I can investigate the delay and/or issue a refund.

Please note: Once your order has left our premises for delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by delivery services.

If a delivery address has not been provided by you when you place your order, I will send you a message asking you to provide one. If I receive no response after 3 days, I will use the address you have given on the order form.

Packaging

We use waterproof mailer bags to keep your hand dyed skeins dry and free from dust and contaminants.

We use biodegradable, compostable, plastic free and recycled paper packaging whenever we can, to help reduce waste and our impact on the environment.
