The yarn I want is out of stock. What can I do to get it?
If you see a colour way you want to buy, but it’s out of stock, please message me. I may be restocking it soon or it may be available to you as a pre order or custom order.
Can I request a custom order?
Custom orders may or may not be available at the time of request. But please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate your wishes.
Please note: Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Custom orders are treated as special requests and are not eligible for refund or return unless faulty.
What types of yarn do you sell?
I sell Superwash 4 ply sock yarn and a small variety of other luxury bases.
My most popular yarn bases are:
- 4 ply standard sock 75/25 merino/nylon
- 4 ply soft sock 85/15 merino/nylon
- 50/50 merino/silk
- MCN (merino, cashmere, nylon)
All of my undyed yarns are mulesing free and sourced from reputable UK suppliers.
What dyes do you use?
I use professional acid dyes and our hand dyed yarns are created and stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
The mordant I use to permanently fix the dye pigment to the yarn, is a food grade citric acid powder.
This is an odourless mild acidic salt that has a similar PH value similar to water.
